I loved this weeks recipe! I quartered the recipe and made two good-sized muffins. Instead of chives I used fresh basil (from my new plant!), a bit of thyme and a bit of parsely. They were lovely and cheesy - SO good!!
Muffins ?? YAY !!!! Honestly had not thought of this myself- was happy enough that this was so quick and easy, but you managed to even improve that. I am SO making muffins next time and though Spring is eventually coming...know that this will be a repeat next winter many times. Can't wait to share this idea with Nana...
